Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NovaCams mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

NovaCams is a personal diary and journaling application that allows users to:

• Record daily thoughts, feelings, and experiences
• Create and manage time capsules for future viewing
• Track emotions and moods over time
• Store personal content securely on their device
• Access premium features through coin purchases

User Responsibilities

As a user of NovaCams, you agree to:

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Provide accurate information when required
• Maintain the security of your device and app access
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the application
• Respect the intellectual property rights of NovaCams

Coin-Based Premium Features

NovaCams offers premium features through a coin-based system:

• Coins are purchased as one-time transactions through Apple's App Store
• We do not offer subscription-based services
• Coins are non-refundable once purchased
• Coins do not expire and are tied to your device
• Premium features are unlocked using coins within the app
• All purchases are processed by Apple, not directly by us

Content and Data

Regarding your content and data:

• You retain all rights to the content you create in NovaCams
• Your personal diary entries and time capsules remain private and are stored locally
• We do not claim ownership of your personal content
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• Deleting the app will permanently remove your local data

Prohibited Uses

You may not use NovaCams for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NovaCams and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service and its contents
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information
• Will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NovaCams, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
